Clapping 'n Cheering Provides Encouragement (Wednesday's Wisdom)

A #ClapBecauseWeCare Participant

This evening (April 8th, I participated in the 13th session of the 7PM clapping/cheering nightly event (that has been dubbed #ClapBecauseWeCare) care workers who are keeping New Yorkers as safe as possible during the coronavirus pandemic. Many people participated but I only took a few pictures as it is hard to clap and use a DSLR at the same time. One is posted directly above, the others can be seen in the next series of pictures.

There are no words except to say how grateful I am to participate in this event, which I'm told has lifted the morale of first responders and healthcare workers as well as others who are essential workers and/or of those involved in caring for loved ones.
