PUMPKINS ON MY URBAN HEDGE VIEW ONE

PUMPKINS ON MY URBAN HEDGE VIEW TWO

I now have a pumpkin patch in my rooftop garden! The photo atop this entry shows views of pumpkins atop one of my urban hedges.

This garden is the setting for my three volume book series, Words In Our Beak

This is a photo of my three volume book series, "Words In Our Beak." Information re the books is another one of my blog posts @ https://www.thelastleafgardener.com/2018/10/one-sheet-book-series-info.html
MY BOOK SERIES

In the following image taken of the southwest area in my garden, two different types of Heuchera and two diffeent pumpkins are featured.

To the left of this area, is my dining room and at this time of year, it is also the place a pumpkin likes to spend time (I've been doing outdoor dining in my garden long before the coronavirus pandemic).

MY DINING ROOM IS IN MY GARDEN!

Right next to the dining area are more pumpkins!

NORTHWEST VIEW (PARTIAL) OF MY GARDEN

The orange pumpkin speckled with green which is siting on my table has two pumpkins in her immediate vicinity.

One is a totally green pumpkin and the other is a cheese pumpkin. They are enjoying the fact that my contorted hazelnut is nearby and that my anemone continues to bloom!

A close-up of the all green pumpkin as well as the cheese pumpkin can be found in the images diretly below (espectively).

On the opposite and diagonal side (southeast corner of the garden are more pumpkins.

They are inluded in the following photo.

MY GARDEN'S SOUTHEAST CORNER

As for the northwest midpoint of my garden, that is where a a few little white pumpkins are gathered in a bowl under my Pyracantha coccinea (AKA Orange Charmer).

THE ORANGE CHARMER

This awesome shrub is featured in a number of posts on my blog as well as in my garden-themed movie, The Kiwi Speaks! Fifteen minutes of Fame...almost.

Moreover, this charmer is included in my three volume book series, Words In Our Beak.

And there you have it, dear reader, a view of my pumpkin patch as it looks on this day of October 23rd 2020. I suspect more pumpkins may show up, so stay tuned...
