#ClapBecauseWeCare Session Twenty

A CAT NAMED SNOOZE

The sweet looking cat seen in the photo atop this entry belongs Giuseppe and Teresa, a couple who lives in the building next store to me who I met during a #ClapBecauseWeCare session.

Last evening was Session 20 of the clapping/cheering and this nightly occurrence was made more special by the the sweet couple (Giuseppe and Theresa) who live in the building next store to me, who can be seen in the following pictures.

In any event, throughout last night's event, Giuseppe and Teresa were playing a beautiful rendition of Andrea Bocelli singing "Amazing Grace." (Giuseppe emailed me the link and you can hear it on You Tube and also via the video posted below).

Some of the other participants in last night's clap/cheer session can be seen in the next set of images.

Re the Bocelli video, a description on You Tube reads, "Across the world we are hurting, alone and feeling hopeless but this song reminds us that we are all together and that the sounds of this song can unite us together..."

How true those words are! Also, how true it seems to be that throughout the entire world #ClapBecauseWeCare Sessions are uniting people from all walks of life in their solidarity of appreciating what first responders, front liners and essential workers are doing in the wake of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
